Urban City Planning Project Activity

A collaboration with IDEA (Singapore) to guide students of Yayasan Cahaya Harapan Bangsa High School on their quest to learn about Singapore’s urban development and planning. Our guide, Mark, captivated the students by narrating the rich tapestry of Singapore’s early years, transporting them back in time to envision a bustling island grappling with challenges and fueled by ambition. Through his storytelling, students could almost hear the echoes of determination that transformed a modest settlement into the thriving metropolis we know today.

URA City Gallery’s activity booklet provides a great interactive activity guide for the day, challenging students to stay focus and attentive. We are most pleased to answer their questions and elaborate on each point of interest to maximize learning experience. This immersive experience ignited their imaginations, encouraging them to dream of the endless possibilities that lie ahead in their own journeys.
