THAM LUANG CAVE RESCUE – Awareness talk: 22 Jan 2025

Douglas Yeo sat with a few of us, recounting his experience when, with Navy divers & the local community, he took part in the rescue operation of the boys trapped in Tham Luang cave (Thailand), back in 2018.

When we read or watch reports like this one: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=x_kiX0uUDNI, it is hard to truly grasp the mix of fear and hope, anxiety and faith, desperation and trust that fuelled each moment of the rescue. The chain of events that unfolded is beyond what we can fully imagine.

We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Douglas, raising awareness, and providing individuals with essential snorkeling and diving tips (and practical sessions). You never know when this knowledge might prove invaluable!
