Another meaningful collaboration with IDEA (Singapore) took place as we facilitated a half-day retreat program for the Office of Student Life (OSL) at the College of Design and Engineering, National University of Singapore.

From the moment we first met with the staff, Vice Dean, and Assistant Dean, it was clear that this would be an open-minded and engaging session. As the discussions unfolded, generous and honest sharing flowed naturally, reflecting the staff’s deep dedication—not only to the students but also to one another. It was truly heartwarming to witness their commitment and care.

We look forward to following OSL’s growth as they continue to enhance their services and programs, enriching the student experience at NUS, College of Design and Engineering.
